How far in advance should I book my ride?
We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, we also accept same-day bookings subject to driver availability.
What areas do you service?
We provide transportation services throughout the entire USA. Our headquarters is in Cedar Rapids, IA, but we operate nationwide.
How is the fare calculated?
Fares depend on the service you choose. Medical transport includes a trip fee plus mileage; local taxi rides use mileage with a minimum fare on shorter trips. Your exact fare is calculated from the route distance and shown before you confirm and pay.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your booking up to 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time without any charge. Cancellations made within 15 minutes of pickup may be subject to a cancellation fee.
