Understanding our cancellation terms and procedures for clients in Iowa and across the USA
Important Notice
To avoid cancellation fees, please notify us at least 15 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. This policy also applies to prepaid scheduled local taxi rides.
Cancellation Rules
15-Minute Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup time to avoid charges.
Late Cancellations
Cancellations made less than 15 minutes before pickup will incur a fee of 50% of the estimated trip cost.
No-Shows
If you fail to show up for your scheduled ride, you will be charged the full estimated trip cost.
Scheduled Taxi Rides
Local taxi bookings are prepaid, scheduled, one-way rides. Each booked direction is a separate ride. A late cancellation may receive a 50% refund, and a no-show is not refundable under the schedule below. Contact us if a driver cancels or we cannot provide the booked ride so we can review the payment.

Refund Policy
Refunds for cancelled rides will be processed according to the following schedule:
- Cancellations made 15+ minutes before pickup: Full refund
- Late cancellations: 50% refund
- No-shows: No refund
